This agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of
www.vinosatravel.com (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Site.
1. Use of Site #
The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Site.
2. User Content #
The Site may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos and audio (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Site.
By making any User Content available through the Site, you grant to the Site a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Sites business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
You represent and warrant that:

User Contentor you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions necessary to grant the rights granted herein; - (ii) the
User Content, and your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of suchUser Content, does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
3. Proprietary Rights #
The Site and its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Site, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Open Source (Non-Payment) #
The Site’s source code is on GitHub and its hosted using CloudFlare Pages. Pull requests have been disabled by default.
